Delivery Information and process

  • Delivery (charges and timings)
    • All the orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days of order confirmation.
    • For all the orders, we offer FREE SHIPPING and we are currently offering delivery only in INDIA.
    • For domestic deliveries, prices mentioned on the site are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
  • Track your order
    • All the orders are shipped through the registered courier companies. In order to ensure rapid delivery please provide complete address and phone number on which you can be contacted.
    • If you are a registered user, you can track your order in ‘My orders’ section.
    • For any queries regarding the dispatch, we are just a mail or message away care@thegreigewarp.com 
  • Mode of Payment
    • We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also provide Net banking options across major banks and through PhonePe, Google pay and UPI.
    • We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Cancellation and Confirmation
    • You will receive a confirmation mail once your order is confirmed.
    • Order once confirmed can not be CANCELLED
  • Return and exchange (We offer return or exchange only if)
    • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that it does not match the product confirmed.
    • If you identify any quality or manufacturing defect on the received products.
    • If the product received is in a damaged condition. You can write to us at care@thegriegewarp.com.Please email us your order number and details along with a photo of the damage if possible, within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other measures may be taken to address the issue.
    • We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product within 2-3 working days after the return is approved.
  • Refund
    • If a Product returned is duly accepted, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed within 7-21 working days through the same mode of payment by which the payment was made to The Greige Warp for the purchase of the items.

These terms & conditions apply to the products purchased via www.thegreigewarp.com or through Social media , or offline or phone or through our Customer Service team which are all assets of Handtex Industries Pvt Ltd. (incorporated under the Companies Act,2013), company owning and managing The Greige Warp.

Please read the terms & conditions carefully before purchasing any product or availing any services on any asset of TGW. Any purchase made by you would imply your acceptance of the terms and your agreement to legally abide by it.

If you do not want to be bound by the terms, please do not access the website or use our services.

The Greige Warp reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reasoneach time you use the site, you should review the current Terms & conditions.

Product
  • thegreigewarp.com enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be as per the company’s policy, which may be changed from time to time.
  • In case you receive a damaged product, please write to us on care@thegreigewarp.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered accordingly. For details check return & exchange policy.
  • Incase the product is out of stock, we will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. The order amount will be processed back to the source of payment within 7-21 working days.
  • Our delivery partners will ship the product back to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts and in such case order amount would be refunded after deducting the shipping cost(to and fro).
Defect and damage

We take all quality measures to ensure that you get the flawless product. Our Quality inspection team carefully inspects each and every product before dispatching it to yourshipping address. However, we request you to kindly check the product upon receiving delivery, and if you find any damage or defect immediately mail us the pictureatcare@thegreigewarp.commentioning the Order no in the subject.

We are not liable for accepting returns in case of the following defects

  • Shrinkage of the product (natural fibres are prone to shrinkage on washing)
  • Size variation +/- 3 cm
